Being that our staff, Arica and Carlos, are former City of Houston Planning & Development employees with great Planning Commission presence and are in the know of the in and outs of the permitting processes. Arica Bailey, Co-Owner/Principal Planner- BA Architecture, MA Community Development, Carlos Espinoza, Co-Owner/Principal Planner- BS Community and Regional Planning, MA Community and Regional Planning- combined they have almost 10 years of planning and development experience.
